Online Account Access

Our online account access is provided by Wells Fargo Banking services. You can login at www.wellsfargo.com or from our custodian's website. 

On July 26, 2025, clients can visit the new Access Online website to re-enroll in their online access account.

• Upon visiting the new Access Online website, clients will click “enroll” and can follow the onscreen instructions to complete the re-enrollment process through Wells Fargo Online®. This process will take less than 10 minutes to complete.

• Please note that TradePMR is unable to help clients enroll but can assist with general questions as needed. For enrollment support or post-enrollment inquiries, clients can contact Wells Fargo Online at 888-889-1401. Their hours of operations are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM ET, and Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.

• Clients can review and accept the Wells Fargo Online® Access Agreement, accept exchange subscriber agreements, and set their document delivery preferences.

• Clients must re-enroll in the new Access Online site by end of day July 30, 2025, to maintain their electronic document delivery preferences (if applicable).

• For clients with an existing Wells Fargo online account (i.e. checking, mortgage, brokerage, etc.), re-enrollment is not required as their TradePMR brokerage accounts will automatically be added to their user ID and online experience when they login on July 26, 2025.

  • However, these users must still login prior to July 30, 2025, to accept and maintain their electronic document delivery preferences for their TradePMR brokerage accounts (if applicable).

• Clients should update any browser bookmarks or shortcuts saved to the previous login page with the new web address (https://www.wellsfargoclearingservicesllc.com/sac/tradepmr) that will be live on July 26, 2025.

• Once re-enrolled, clients will also be able to access their accounts on the Wells Fargo application from their mobile device.
